This thermograph monitors and records the critical cooling and cleaning phases. As soon as the temperature of the tank or pipeline does not match the predefined thresholds, the system automatically sends an alarm to your phone or email.
With MAXIMUS Thermo, producers have precise records of tank and pipeline temperatures during milking and cleaning, as well as corrective measures that have been applied, that allow them to meet the requirements of the Dairy Farmers of Canada proAction® program, among others.
As you know, various factors can contaminate milk, making it essential to continuously monitor the cooling and cleaning processes of the tank and pipeline. To prevent bacterial proliferation, increased vigilance is necessary.
MAXIMUS Thermo lets you set the appropriate cooling temperature targets and immediately signals any detected anomalies.
Furthermore, MAXIMUS Thermo monitors water temperature and cleaning cycle times, and triggers alarms if deviations are observed. Thus, you can rest assured that your milking equipment is clean and disinfected.

This overview displays the current phase of the milk collection process, as well as the current temperatures in the tank and the pipeline. You are also informed about the temperatures reached in the tank and pipeline during the last cleaning.
The dial on the left indicates the current temperature of either the milk or wash water in the tank, depending on which process is active.
In addition, the status of the vacuum pressure switch will indicate if milking is about to start.
Set the cleaning parameters for the milk collection system, including the minimum temperature to be maintained in the tank and pipeline during cleaning, the time allowed to reach this temperature, the duration of the cleaning, etc.
Should the water temperature fall below the required level or if the cleaning time is insufficient, an alert is triggered right away.
Set the milk temperature settings in the tank for the first milking, during milk storage, and during subsequent milkings.
You can also determine the allowed time to reach the target temperature. Failure to meet these parameters will trigger an alarm.
